Is the ENDURANCE IN 8 program for me?

This training program is for the beginner runner, or recreational athlete who wants to run 0-5k. If you are nervous about starting and need the guidance of a coach and a program that will meet you where are, this program is for YOU. Prepare to work hard and your coach will help you pace yourself in every session.

Running with gradual progression and making consistent progress is key to your long term progress.

Is the RUNNING FOR FITNESS program for me?

If this is the year you want to pick up a running habit — or take yours to the next level, Running for Fitness is your program for hitting the pavement.

This training program is for the advanced and intermediate runners. If you are nervous about starting and need the guidance of a coach and a program that will meet you where are, this program is for YOU. Prepare to work hard and your coach will help you pace yourself in every session.

Is the WEIGHT LIFTING program for me?

This training program is primarily for runners, however individuals who want to improve their strength while getting lean receive scale workouts to achieve their goals.

How long before I benefit from a training program?

Common results in the first 4-6 weeks include:

Here at SRD Total Fitness, we guarantee all of our products and services. If you show up to your sessions, we GUARANTEE your results. Strictly follow the training program for 30-days and you’re still not happy with your results, we’ll give you every penny back. Simple as that.

What should I wear? What should I bring?

Please bring a bottle of water, a towel and a positive attitude. Dress appropriately in active-wear that allows you to sweat. Come with an open mind and be prepared to have fun!
